1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[Amount] (you decide the threshold).
For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Amount] will apply.
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
You can use this link to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your package.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items that are stored in different warehouses, they may be shipped separately. You will get separate tracking information for each package.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to adhere to our estimates, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as natural disasters, strikes, adverse weather, courier issues, etc.
If there are significant delays, we will inform you via email/SMS.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package is damaged, do not accept it or note the damage on the courier’s delivery slip, and contact us immediately at [your customer support email/phone].
In the unlikely event your order is lost in transit, we will assist you with a claim process through the courier and, if applicable, resend the order or provide a refund.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges to resend may apply.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we are only shipping within India.
